WITHIN CANADA: All orders are shipped by Expedited Post via Canada Post to allow for the lowest shipping rates possible for our valued customers. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery of your order depending on your region.

WITHIN USA: All orders are shipped by Expedited Post Air Mail via Canada Post and mailed within 3 to 6 business days. Delivery of your package may take up to three weeks depending on your region and how long United States Customs chooses to retain your package during processing. We have no control over how long US Customs chooses to retain your package. However, often parcels arrive sooner than the estimated shipping time of three weeks. Please note that USA Customs Fees may apply to your shipment depending on tax laws of the state in which you live.

INTERNATIONAL: Yes we deliver outside North America! Please contact us via email or directly by phone to place your order and for all inquiries regarding shipping times and rates.

We stand by our products 100% however, if you are in any way unsatisfied please contact us directly. We will either refund you upon return of the product or offer an exchange.
