Q: I have skin sensitivities. Is it safe to use your products?
A: We always recommend a patch test for those with skin sensitivities when trying any new product. We have taken great care in providing a detailed and thorough list of ingredients found in each of our products. It is the customers responsibility to read ingredients before buying and/or using our products, especially if they are aware of any personal sensitivities and/or allergies.
Q: What is OPP?
A: OPP stands for Organic Plant Preservative and yes it is of course 100% Natural! OPP combined with Vitamin E helps provide a long and healthy shelf life for our products.
Q: I love my ALL NATURAL DEODORANT but I find it has become a bit dry. What should I do?
A: First, always keep the lid firmly closed. If dryness occurs simply add a tiny bit of water and seal tightly!
Q: Is your ALL NATURAL DEODORANT an antiperspirant too?
A: No and here is why: sweating is a healthy function of the body that is necessary for flushing toxins and heavy metals such as mercury and lead. It regulates our temperature and strengthens our immune system while reducing sodium and cholesterol levels. We believe its healthy for your body to undergo this natural and important process of detoxification. Therefor, we have specifically formulated our ALL NATURAL DEODORANT with no “anti-perspirant” qualities whatsoever.
Q: What is your Shipping Policy?
A: WITHIN CANADA: All orders are shipped Express Air mail via Canada Post and offer the LOWEST shipping rates possible. Please allow one to two weeks for arrival depending on your region.
WITHIN USA: We recognize that shipping from Canada is more costly than shipping from the USA and other parts of the world. Therefor, all orders are shipped the lowest rates possible via Canada Post USA Air. International orders may take up to three weeks depending on your region and how long US customs chooses to retain your package during processing. However, often parcels arrive sooner then the estimated shipping time of three weeks.
